Introduction

MindBridge Agenda is a reservation- based audio conference service for your planned virtual meetings, events and town halls. It provides the comfort of a pre-reserved conference confirmed over the phone or email. MindBridge Agenda suits best for long weekly meetings, meetings with customers and associates, special need calls, investor relations and customer negotiation calls.

In this case, the conference details are provided in advance, where an operator reserves the conference room. The customer dial out the users at the time of the conference making it cost efficient.

Getting Started

Choose how you want your event Organized

1. Media Broadcast
   These are completely managed high-end conference calls. The customer can conduct a one way event call for mid-sized to large audience and no guest interaction with the chair person. This can use for Annual General Meeting, Financial Planning Meeting, Addressing Employees, and Quarterly Reviews etc.
2. Team Conference
   This type of Conference can be used for Sales Review Meetings, Weekly reviews, Executive Calls etc.

Book My Conference

1. Logon to www.reliancemindbridge.com and fill up the 'Book my conference' form Or Call the customer service desk number.
2. Just Provide Details
   1. Passcode detail i.e. Host Code & Guest Code
   2. Date & time ( as per Time Zone) of Conference
   3. Number of Participants
3. You will receive confirmation email from Reliance MindBridge Team with
   1. dial-in numbers
   2. passcode details
4. Invite the people you wish to communicate with, and share the following information with them:
   1. Date and time of the conference stating the Time Zone
   2. Dial-in number of the respective country
   3. Guest code

Joining a Conference Call:

Joining MindBridge Agenda Conference as Host

Step1.Dial the local toll free number or toll access number of respective country as per given.
Step2.Follow the IVR menu
Step3.Enter the Host Passcode

Joining MindBridge Agenda Conference as Guest

Step1.Dial the local toll free number or toll access number of respective country as per given.
Step2.Follow the IVR menu
Step3.Enter the Guest Passcode
Step4.Guests will be placed into your sub-conference until the Host joins the call.
